Ordered a number of Christmas gifts on the 27th November 2023 on a 48 hour tracking delivery. A few days later told there was a delay but my order will be shipped asap. Finally received an email on 7th December telling me that my order has been shipped and included a tracking reference linked to Royal Mail. It’s now the 18th December and the Royal Mail status that they are expecting my package and that once booked in I can track the whereabouts has not changed. According to the Royal Mail they are still expecting it. Contacted customer services to be told how sorry they were and if things haven’t changed by the 18th December to contact them again. I did and heard nothing. No re order or refund offered. Over £120 is not something I can just lose and needed the problem resolved so I can plan replacement presents if necessary. If only the customers services was as good as Aston Villa’s home form eh! If anyone from Aston Villa shop reads this and can help please respond.
