Ordered the new kit for my son's birthday and was given a delivery date of 11th Sept. However, the order status is still processing. I contacted customer services who confirmed that my order will not arrive in time for my son birthday but could not give me any sort of time frame. I was told I'd get my delivery charges refunded - this hasn't happened. When I enquired about cancelling the order I was told that this wouldn't be possible because I'd requested personalised name and numer which may have already been printed. I asked why it had not been shipped if it was printed and was told it may or may not have been printed.So here I am £126 out of pocket and my son is about to wake up on his birthday without the one thing he asked for.
