I ordered 12 drinking glasses directly from the site. Ten arrived in perfect condition, but one box had two broken glasses. I emailed them with a photo of the damage on a Friday, received a reply on Monday, and got a replacement box sent to me without hassle. While they use substantial bubble wrap for shipping, the cardboard dividers between glasses are a bit thin, which might not provide enough protection. I'm glad to have received a replacement, but I think the thinner glasses could use better packaging.
