I ordered glasses on October 29th. Two sets arrived, but one glass had a chip on the rim. I emailed on November 3rd requesting a replacement but received no reply. I followed up on November 9th and still got no response. Do not use this website; the glasses may seem good value, but if you receive damaged items, they do not respond. Terrible customer service.
