No quality control, no two items are the same size or color despite being the exact same item/size.Customer service is none existent. The refund policy is strictly set up to where they dont have to refund you/can blame you for any issue. I have 3 other shirts from them, and none of them are the same size despite being labeled the same size.I ordered 2 XXL large hoodies, one was clearly a L labeled as a XXL. They immediately denied my return request but I had pictures to prove that clear defect. After sending the proof, it took me and my bank reaching out to them to respond to. 18 Days. Tried to offer store credit, which I think is because they dont have a way of refunding actually payment methods. I asked for a refund to my original payment method and returned the item. Its been 3 weeks of no responses and no refund. And they have the item. It's been 50 days of trying to get this resolved but they clearly dont care.
