Horrible ill fitting shirt. Fabric feels rough and honestly I would not wear this outside the house its embarrassing since it fits the body so poorly. For reference we ordered 2 different sizes and both did not shape anything resembling a human body. Shockingly there was a no return policy so you can truly feel scammed.

Disappointing company. Don’t waste your money.

I’ve ordered quite a few times from Civil. My first order was great and the quality of clothes was impressive. After that, every drop that i placed an order from was lacking in quality. Rhinestones falling off the clothes after 1 wear, a zipper broke from my hoodie after only wearing it about 3-4 times, sizing was off, etc. I reached out to the company regarding my broken hoodie because their clothes are not cheap by any means, I was told they couldn’t do anything for me because it was past their “14 day” period. So i spent over $65 on a hoodie for it to break within 2 months of owning it and they refuse to do anything about it. Not to mention, I recently ordered from their Valentine’s Day drop and it was advertised that my order would be delivered BEFORE Valentine’s Day. It’s now been 3 days since Valentine’s and I still have ZERO shipping information on the pieces I ordered. The company is putting out new drops almost weekly now and the clothing quality is suffering from the constant drops. I will no longer be ordering from this company or recommending them to any of my friends. Why would I give a company money that puts out subpar merchandise and doesn’t care for their customers? Honestly disappointing…

I'm in Belfast, Ireland,. Bought a tee on a wwe special release and it was shipped the next day. Arrived a few days later. Quality off the tee is excellent.

Absolutely zero customer service

Absolutely zero customer service. And I say that meaning, nobody writes back and nobody calls back and nobody ever answers the phone. I’ve experienced issue after issue with my order and cannot get through to anybody and have to file a chargeback.

So I really want to like this brand!

So I really want to like this brand!! Went through hell just to sign up and get the passwords. I miss want I want. Still place a order. I ordered on Holloween 10/31/25!! Its now 11/18/25. STILL HAS NOT SHIPPED! And they finally answered my email with a vague answer.. so I’m basically just gonna ask for a refund… 18 days to ship for any company is preposterous and very misleading… with other companies, having stuff at your door in three days… they really just don’t care about their customers just the $$$$$$ and Internet clout… so said.. I wonder if the Misfits know how they are treating the license.

No real communication after the initial…

No real communication after the initial response no consideration to the amount that I’ve purchased from the brand, I was not returning an order I was cancelling. You guys pride yourself on “cancelling bot orders” and love to virtue signal when it’s convenient. All your recent drops are tired and the rose hoodies made you guys awesome. One less customer earned, but that doesn’t seem to matter to the company at all. Cheers!

Order the newest misfits drop order a 3xl and why the confirmation email come in it says a size small emailed them telling me they can't help me so 80 gone now I got a shirt that I can't fit there customer service sucks

Order cancelled without reason

I had been waiting for their latest drop. Purchased two t-shirts the moment the site launched. A week later, I received an email stating one of the orders was cancelled with no reason why. When I reached out, I was told they ran out of the product. It would have been nice to know this before placing my order.
