The product ordered (Nike sneakers 270) was a good price on the website. I ordered and the website confirmed the order was placed. after a week I received a message that the product was delivered 3 hrs ago. No product was delivered and checked house/ neighbors etc. responded on customer service link and generic message said " we are checking with our courier to track and will get back with you.No response back after 3 attempts to request the courier used and date shipped or please refund my order. They took my funds on 1/29/26 and today 2/20/26, still no delivery and no refund or update.the worst c/s experience online with shop.com.
