I am extremely frustrated with my experience with Compasia and will never EVER purchase from them again.
I placed an order on 15 March as a birthday gift for my son on 29 March, deliberately allowing a two-week buffer to account for any possible delays. We are now in April, and the item has still not been delivered.
The support experience has been just as disappointing. Email responses appear to be generic, repetitive, and unhelpful, offering no real resolution. The live chat is equally ineffective, with conversations left open for days without any meaningful response. It is unclear how their support SLAs are being managed, as there is little to no sense of urgency or accountability.
What is most frustrating is the lack of professionalism throughout the entire process. Due to the prolonged delay, an address update became necessary, yet this was mishandled on their end. Despite this being their mistake, I was left to repeatedly chase for updates with no proactive communication, no ownership of the issue, and no clear resolution provided.
What should have been a simple and enjoyable experience, preparing a birthday gift, turned into a stressful and disappointing ordeal. The excitement of the occasion was completely overshadowed by poor service and continuous delays. At this point, the experience has been so frustrating that it has taken away any joy in giving the gift at all.
I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering, especially if the purchase is time-sensitive.
