Very disappointed with CompAsia. I received the wrong color phone and, worse, a defective device. There’s no proper customer service line — only WhatsApp — and responses are extremely slow and unhelpful.
Quality control and after-sales support are seriously lacking. Would not recommend.
my order id : #CAM81076
bought ip13, phone is in great condition, excluding a minor scratch on the screen(a heads up would be nice) but other than that, battery health is 100% when received. cable that was received with the phone stop working after 3 days, but wasnt a big issue since i already had other cables from previous ip.
I trade in my device 3/2 but till now haven't got the payment staff remind payment will be paid 14 days now it's beyond that already. I tried to WS even Email but no one answering my question. How can I know the update of my money no any platform to ask. Order ID:MYCAM26007381
Ordered a phonr with my credit card, paid using double authentication, despite of that I received a mail asking for selfie with Id and card... I sent it...
Been 12 days that my order is pending, no one care...
Honestly in 2026, what company still need to ask a selfie and verification when use 3d secure!
Bought a second hand mobile phone from CompAsia and it was delivered promptly and well packed. Item was as good as new and the courier contacted me when they were dropping off the parcel. Overall, the whole experience was good and legit.
I had one of the worst e-commerce experiences I’ve ever encountered with CompAsia.
I requested a refund before the item was even shipped, which should have been straightforward. Instead, I was met with slow replies, copy-paste responses, and constant resistance, despite the request being well within a reasonable window.
What really raised red flags:
No urgency or ownership from customer support
Repeatedly quoting T&Cs instead of actually helping
Inconsistent information depending on who replied
A promised refund timeline of 1–3 working days after device collection, which was not honoured
Only after I initiated a bank chargeback did their tone suddenly change and they finally started cooperating. That alone says a lot.
The device was returned sealed and untouched, fully documented, yet I still had to chase endlessly and involve my bank just to get my money back. A refund should not require this level of effort.
If you’re buying from CompAsia, be prepared:
If anything goes wrong, expect delays
If you need a refund, expect resistance
If you don’t push hard (or involve your bank), don’t expect results
I strongly recommend buying elsewhere unless you’re willing to risk weeks of stress and follow-ups for something that should have been simple.
Extremely disappointing experience.
Hi,
im Dendy from sandakan,
So far i already bought maybe 5 or more devices.
Don't have any issues and the device condition is superb.
Fast delivery mostly only take 3 days to sabah❤️
I also recommend one of my friends to bought the Nubia red magic 8s pro to be specific 😅 and this is prior to the referral program 😅 which mean compasia have done a great job and this comment is not ai generated ❤️ Mantap!
Everything was fast and smooth. I initially ordered iPhone 15 plus but not even two days after i checked out my order i receive a call to notify that my initial order was out of stock. The person that called me was also very helpful to guide me through on what other options i have. And soon after that i received an email confirming the change of my order with confirmation that I will receive refund. And i received my device i think like 4 or 5 days after my initial order which was much more quicker than i anticipated. And i did also receive my refund money like a week after i got my device
All in all for me it was a smooth and effective process, though i would definitely appreciate it if you guys could give more heads up or like updates on my the process. But other than that it's all good!
Thank you for your service :)
I am extremely angry and disappointed with CompAsia. I ordered iPhone 16 128GB Black (Excellent Condition) with Apple Watch SE 2020, and my order has been delayed for more than 2 weeks with NO clear update or proper explanation.
I trusted this company, but instead I received stress, frustration, and terrible service. Customer support keeps giving excuses and asking me to wait again and again. This is NOT acceptable.
I want my item to be DELIVERED IMMEDIATELY. If there is still no action or fast solution, I will escalate this case to SRS (consumer complaint system) and take further action.
CompAsia needs to take responsibility. This is the worst shopping experience I have ever had. Think carefully before buying from this company
Very bad experience with Compasia.
Today 02 February 2026 it has been over a month,I was informed that payment would be made within 14 working days after the device was received. my 2 devices has been handed over and accepted with their referrence given MYCAM25085873 & MYSMMY25023094 but as of today (more than a month), I still have not received any payment.
customer service is completely unresponsive. I’ve reached out multiple times through the provided channels but no reply, no update, nothing.
customer service officer replied that payment is in process and will expected credit to my account latest by next week which is 25 January 2026 but until now 02 February 2026 I still haven't receive any payment. email checked about the payment status again customer service is completely ignore my email.
