I just visited a store where I was next to be served after a male customer was having card issues. I had to use the self-checkout, which I dislike. I needed help, but the staff member ignored me and attended to two other customers instead. When I asked for assistance, he responded rudely. I was quite upset, and a male customer verbally abused me. The staff member was unhelpful, and after I finally got served by another employee, he yelled at me not to return. I’ve decided to delete my app and will never shop here again.
