My experience with the rewards program has been frustrating. Last week, my rewards card offered 25p off any product, but the staff wouldn’t accept it on a specific item, claiming it wasn't eligible. After contacting customer service and getting no resolution, I was cut off. Even when I confirmed with the manufacturer that it was eligible, the store refused to accept the voucher they provided. It’s a complete joke.
