I just had a terrible experience with the telephone service from this store. I called with a simple question, but the advisor kept interrupting me and misunderstanding my question. He was rude and dismissive, telling me not to interrupt him and insisting I should read up on GDPR if I didn’t understand his responses. He even started talking to an in-store customer while I was still on the line, leaving me feeling ignored. I expressed my concerns about my upcoming appointment, but he refused to clarify what I needed to bring. I am appalled by how I was treated and will seek alternatives for my repair needs.
