Because of this error, I can’t access my parcel, can't request a re-delivery, and the courier can't reach me. This situation is entirely your fault. Your negligence has created unnecessary stress. I want this escalated immediately, without any automated responses. I expect a human to address this promptly. If this isn't resolved today, I will escalate to higher authorities and consider canceling all services with you. I refuse to pay for a service that treats its customers this way. Resolve this issue now.
