Absolutely appalling service. I purchased a new phone contract in-store in 2021, only to later find out that an additional contract for a different number was set up without my knowledge. For the past four years, I've been paying for a SIM that I never had or used. Customer service couldn't assist me and directed me back to the original store, which is now far from where I live. I've paid over £800 for something I never signed up for. This is unacceptable!
