I went to the local store to upgrade my son's phone, but when we arrived, no one was present. We waited for about 15 minutes, and despite calling the store, the phone just rang. This lack of attention is unacceptable; it makes me question their care for customers and security. I won't be returning to this store again as this was my third negative experience.
