There’s a lot I can say about this company but I’ll try and keep it short and sweet! Firstly the customer service from this company is 10/10! I am always impressed with how lovely everyone is and how helpful they all are too! Customer service in my opinion is a heart of a business and to see them really appreciate their customers with my silly little questions, to adding more items in orders or even taking the time to listen to feedback and any ideas for future products, the team are just great!! I found fuzzball from a Gus and Bella box in April and my cat Skye absolutely loved the food so I decided to buy a trial box from them which included litter , food and treats. Since the trial box I have been getting 28 cans of food since the end of April alongside bags of the litter with the order. I don’t speak cat but as soon as I open a can of food , Skye is meowing and running to her food bowl! I have now changed my order so from January my cats entire month of food is just from fuzzball! We’ve just brought home a new kitten too, so we will be definitely looking at bringing food from fuzzball in for her too! I do have to say along with the food, the litter is absolutely amazing! It doesn’t smell when they use it , it lasts a lot longer than most brands , clumps amazingly and the cherry on top is that it’s flushable! Which is an actual godsend for when she decides she needs to go for a poo early in the morning or just before we go to bed or even when it’s pouring it down outside - which is like 90% of the time 😂 I recommend fuzzball to any other cat parent, plus a subscription model is always very handy when you’re busy too!
