I ordered a pizza meal for an incarcerated friend at Pendleton Correctional Facility in indiana. Placed order on 12/2/2021 for what was supposed to be a Christmas gift. Company never responded after two weeks of trying, except to say that they would check on the order. When I started asking for a refund, all I received were automated emails apologizing and stating that they were checking on the order "as a courtesy." Guaranteed delivery within 30 days, but never delivered and wouldn't respond to refund requests. Had to dispute charge with credit card company in order to get money back. I recommend not using this service. l spent well over 2 hours trying to get answers and a refund on a $18 pizza.
