I ordered a package for my loved one and he never recieved it. I called for a refund they said they would submit a ticket and I would recieved my refund within 2 weeks. But I never did. When I called back to check on the ticket status of my refund they said I should have called back after 16 days of no refund and that there is now nothing they can do to process a refund. No one told me that and I basically got scammed for the total price of my order.
