Review Time
Acquiring once-respected publications and converting them into generic clickbait has been disappointing. As a frequent user, I've noticed many formerly excellent magazines being degraded. It's frustrating, and I now steer clear of any links associated with this service.

I would choose not to leave a review if it were an option. A few years ago, I subscribed without realizing it was a permanent setup. Accessing the digital versions of the magazine is quite challenging. Be cautious about what you're spending your money on. I reached out via email earlier this week, but despite a ticket being created, no one responded. I just canceled the subscription over the phone, but they require 10 days' notice, meaning I've already paid for this year. I am very upset about this situation and hope no other customer faces what I did.
Like others have mentioned, I would give zero stars if possible. I ordered an item that has yet to arrive. This isn't the first occurrence with this service. I've filed a complaint with the payment platform. Please send the item or issue a refund. I won’t be ordering again and advise others to do the same. Update - 17/1/26: The item still hasn’t arrived. I ordered on 24/12 and it was supposedly sent out on 5/1/26. Please note that a significant portion of reviews are negative.
This company has unfortunately taken over some quality publications, and it's very disappointing. They disregard their own unsubscribe system and do not respond to emails. I receive far too many emails, and while I don't want to fully unsubscribe or mark them as spam, I still wish to receive updates from one specific publication.
I purchased a magazine as a Christmas gift for a relative in December 2024 with a one-year subscription. In December 2025, £39.99 was charged to my account without any prior notice. I called to cancel, but was told no refund would be issued and the magazine would continue for another year despite not wanting it. I strongly advise avoiding this service.
We used to buy this magazine's calendar for our family each year, following my husband’s grandfather's tradition. However, after the title was acquired by a new company, this year's calendar is just a cheap wirebound set of stock photos with a calendar that looks like it was printed from a spreadsheet. The description misled loyal customers into thinking they were receiving the same quality gift as before, but this version is a disappointing imitation without the usual gift envelope.
I would have opted for a negative rating if possible. I ordered a couple of special edition magazines at the start of November, and they have not arrived. I have emailed multiple times without any response. Since emailing hasn't helped, I've tried calling several times, but there’s never an answer. I guess I will have to chalk it up to experience and avoid this service in the future.
