Extremely disappointed with the service received.

I’ve had a terrible experience with the company and feel utterly let down. My order wasn’t processed until I reached out multiple times, and by the time they finally addressed it, the item was out of stock. Despite this, I was still charged — and now I'm struggling to get a refund that no one seems eager to assist with. Their customer service via messaging is truly poor. Agents go silent during conversations, and when that happens, the chat times out, forcing you to restart with a new representative who has no clue about the situation. It’s an endless cycle with no accountability. I’m left without my item, no refund, and no adequate support. Completely unacceptable from a company of this scale.
