I required a return for 1 out of several products ordered, but I haven't received any response from Mango, not even after several mail notifications. I don't recommend online shopping at Mango unless you are 100% sure if the size will fit, otherwise big NOT ❌because they don't care for returns since the money reached their bank account.....👎

Extremely frustrating experience with returns.

I would rate this service even lower if I could. After ordering items online, I faced significant issues trying to return them. A home pickup was arranged, but no one showed up to collect my package.
Each time I reached out to customer support, I received varying excuses: initially, they said the courier couldn't contact me, then they cited poor weather conditions. I was repeatedly assured that my parcel would be picked up within 48 hours, yet nothing ever happened.
When I attempted to return the items myself, I was unable to register the parcel online — the shipping partner did not recognize the parcel number and blocked the return entirely.
This situation is chaotic and ranks among the worst customer service experiences I've encountered. It's surprising that such a prominent brand manages such an ineffective and unreliable return process. I will definitely reconsider ordering from this service in the future.

Very disappointing customer service.

I had a very disappointing experience with customer service. I ordered a blouse online that was on sale in size S, but they sent me the wrong size. Now I'm unable to purchase the blouse again, and the customer service has been utterly inadequate. I'm surprised that a large company like this would handle things this way.

Extremely disappointed with the service received.

I’ve had a terrible experience with the company and feel utterly let down. My order wasn’t processed until I reached out multiple times, and by the time they finally addressed it, the item was out of stock. Despite this, I was still charged — and now I'm struggling to get a refund that no one seems eager to assist with. Their customer service via messaging is truly poor. Agents go silent during conversations, and when that happens, the chat times out, forcing you to restart with a new representative who has no clue about the situation. It’s an endless cycle with no accountability. I’m left without my item, no refund, and no adequate support. Completely unacceptable from a company of this scale.

Payment taken, no order delivered. Chatbot unhelpful

Payment was made on 28/11, but the order has yet to arrive. The chatbot merely confirms it is in transit. Very disappointing indeed.

Ordered two coats on 26/11, still no delivery

I placed an order for two coats on 26th November and have yet to see them. I've contacted customer service three times. The last response claimed the items had been dispatched, but the tracking number shows they haven't even been handed to the courier. I feel like I've lost my money and will never receive the coats. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering.

Long-time customer but had a bad experience

As a long-time customer, I never ordered online before. I assumed it would be fine, but the experience has been terrible. Delivery times are excessive, items were removed from my order, and customer service was misleading about shipping status. Finding someone to contact is also quite difficult. I won't be ordering again; this has been awful.

Incompetent company with dishonesty

This company is completely useless, reflecting the negative experiences shared by others. When attempting to return an item, they claim to send a return QR code, but it never arrives. Previously, I had to send four emails to the 'customer service' before I finally received one. The entire process is stressful and time-consuming. Truly disappointing.

I ordered two items online on 26/11 and am still awaiting delivery. I received the order confirmation, but since then, there has been no update. I've contacted the support team three times, only to receive different responses each time. Other retailers manage sales effectively, but this company seems completely unaware of their warehouse situation. Terrible service.

Terrible experience

Avoid ordering online with this company. My order was supposed to arrive in 3-5 working days, but after 14 days, there's still no sign of it. Customer service is appalling, insisting I wait for the parcel to arrive before they can issue a refund, despite it being in transit for 10 days. They now claim it just left the warehouse. The representatives are rude, and I received a confirmation email that they only typed while we were chatting. When I questioned it, I was told it was my proof!
