Extremely frustrating experience with returns.

I would rate this service even lower if I could. After ordering items online, I faced significant issues trying to return them. A home pickup was arranged, but no one showed up to collect my package.
Each time I reached out to customer support, I received varying excuses: initially, they said the courier couldn't contact me, then they cited poor weather conditions. I was repeatedly assured that my parcel would be picked up within 48 hours, yet nothing ever happened.
When I attempted to return the items myself, I was unable to register the parcel online — the shipping partner did not recognize the parcel number and blocked the return entirely.
This situation is chaotic and ranks among the worst customer service experiences I've encountered. It's surprising that such a prominent brand manages such an ineffective and unreliable return process. I will definitely reconsider ordering from this service in the future.
