Exercise caution when purchasing online and returning items. The refund process is extremely slow. I returned my item on 22/11 and as of 8th December, I still have not received my refund. In contrast, I returned items to another retailer on 4th December and received an email stating my refund will be processed within three days. I won't shop online again unless it's in-store. This level of customer service is not acceptable given the advancements in delivery.
