Placed an order on January 9th, but still no dispatch; regret not checking reviews first

I ordered a dress on January 9th, and it has yet to be dispatched. I really wish I had looked at reviews beforehand. The service seems to be taking orders, holding onto people's money, and not sending out items.

Caution with Online Purchases and Returns

Exercise caution when purchasing online and returning items. The refund process can be extremely slow. I sent my return on 22/11/25, and as of 8th December, I still haven't received my refund! In contrast, I returned some items elsewhere on 4th December and just received an email stating my refund will be processed within the next three days. I won’t be shopping online again unless it's in-store. The customer service leaves much to be desired given the advancements in delivery services—some companies manage it well, while others do not!

Caution - refunds take an eternity

Exercise caution when purchasing online and returning items. The refund process is extremely slow. I returned my item on 22/11 and as of 8th December, I still have not received my refund. In contrast, I returned items to another retailer on 4th December and received an email stating my refund will be processed within three days. I won't shop online again unless it's in-store. This level of customer service is not acceptable given the advancements in delivery.

Inaccurate sizing and tedious returns

My initial order was fine, and I received my item promptly. However, the sizing for jeans is incorrect; my measurements indicated a size that turned out to be far too large. Trying to return them has been a hassle. After three consecutive chats, I received the same information and no resolution. Jeans are now off my list for future purchases.

Even one star feels too generous

One star is still too generous. My order seems lost, either by the retailer or the delivery service, and I can't reach anyone for help. I've paid nearly £200 for items I never received. Avoid wasting your time and money.

Awful experience with returns

I had a terrible experience after ordering an outfit worth $200. When I received it, I wanted to return it, but the store refused to accept the return due to their policy. I attempted to process the return online, but after three days of waiting for a pickup that never happened, customer service has been unhelpful and full of excuses. This experience is disappointing, and I won't shop here again.

Very dissatisfied with the service

I am very unhappy with how I have been treated. I bought several items from a store and returned one that didn't fit. Although I was informed that the refund was 'processed,' it has yet to appear in my account. Since early November, I have followed up multiple times with proof of the refund, yet both the store staff and customer service have been unhelpful. I feel caught between them, with neither taking responsibility to resolve this simple issue. The lack of communication is unacceptable, and I am still waiting for my refund.

Delivery time is unacceptable

How can it take 11 days for an order to arrive at a store? While I like the clothing, their delivery service is lacking. I haven't initiated a return yet, but I'm hesitant to order anything else after reading such negative feedback.

Items never arrived after two weeks
