I ordered a dress on January 9th, and it has yet to be dispatched. I really wish I had looked at reviews beforehand. The service seems to be taking orders, holding onto people's money, and not sending out items.
Exercise caution when purchasing online and returning items. The refund process can be extremely slow. I sent my return on 22/11/25, and as of 8th December, I still haven't received my refund! In contrast, I returned some items elsewhere on 4th December and just received an email stating my refund will be processed within the next three days. I won’t be shopping online again unless it's in-store. The customer service leaves much to be desired given the advancements in delivery services—some companies manage it well, while others do not!

My initial order was fine, and I received my item promptly. However, the sizing for jeans is incorrect; my measurements indicated a size that turned out to be far too large. Trying to return them has been a hassle. After three consecutive chats, I received the same information and no resolution. Jeans are now off my list for future purchases.
