I am very unhappy with how I have been treated. I bought several items from a store and returned one that didn't fit. Although I was informed that the refund was 'processed,' it has yet to appear in my account. Since early November, I have followed up multiple times with proof of the refund, yet both the store staff and customer service have been unhelpful. I feel caught between them, with neither taking responsibility to resolve this simple issue. The lack of communication is unacceptable, and I am still waiting for my refund.
