Terrible customer services. Order of holiday clothes was delayed well past advised delivery date. Was on holiday by the time I was informed they were on their way. Requested (and was confirmed) for order to be delivered to a locker. Instead was delivered to my doorstep and stayed there for 10 days during snowy period. Will be returning the clothes as received too late (and trousers were see-through!) but Mango flatly refused to compensate the original delivery fee despite the lengthy delay.
