Exercise caution when purchasing online and returning items. The refund process can be extremely slow. I sent my return on 22/11/25, and as of 8th December, I still haven't received my refund! In contrast, I returned some items elsewhere on 4th December and just received an email stating my refund will be processed within the next three days. I won’t be shopping online again unless it's in-store. The customer service leaves much to be desired given the advancements in delivery services—some companies manage it well, while others do not!
