I ordered a hoodie on November 23, 2025, and still haven't received it, with no idea if I ever will. Yes, I'm in Europe, but I sent a larger package overseas that arrived in a week and a half. It's as if they're sending the hoodie from another planet. Need support? Good luck with the AI that ignores all inquiries. I'd rather buy a knockoff at this point.
