Leave it to Fanatics to get the details wrong. Ordered custom Detroit Red Wings Breakaway home jersey with YZERMAN/19 and the C. Not only did they put the C on the right chest rather than left, the famous Red Wings nameplate type isn’t right either. It’s set in a curve but it’s not the proper arched lettering, even though that’s what the site shows in the mockups. I should have known better.
I spend $62 on a sweatshirt from NHL Shop. The fit is just off and not true to size, especially for the price point. I was also very disappointed to find out after purchasing that it was ‘final sale’ with no returns or exchanges allowed. For $62, I expected much better quality and transparency. The only redeeming quality is the Tampa Bay Lightning logo, but overall I would not order from NHL Shop again.
The cup I ordered was meant to be personalized, but it wasn’t. I also ordered a wallet that arrived but wasn't secured properly. Due to high winds, it likely blew away. When I reached out, I was told it wasn’t their responsibility and to contact the shipping company. The shipping company directed me back to the seller. They suggested calling a different department on another day regarding the cup issue. With only two days until Christmas, their indifference was frustrating. Additionally, another item I ordered was out of stock. I will not be ordering from this service again!

I ordered a hoodie on November 23, 2025, and still haven't received it, with no idea if I ever will. Yes, I'm in Europe, but I sent a larger package overseas that arrived in a week and a half. It's as if they're sending the hoodie from another planet. Need support? Good luck with the AI that ignores all inquiries. I'd rather buy a knockoff at this point.
I ordered for the second time, and once again everything was perfect. The product quality was top-notch, and the delivery was smooth. I don't understand the negative reviews; perhaps they faced complications with delivery. For me, it's a solid 10 out of 10. Thank you!
The item was reported as 'lost in transit', although the carrier never received it. I was made to wait an additional three days, and when they finally placed a replacement order, it still hadn't shipped after ten days. When I requested a cancellation and refund, they claimed it was 'too far along' in the process. To top it off, it was a non-returnable item, leaving me without a Christmas gift for my child and out $50. If the item never ships, I won't waste time with their customer service; I'll just file a chargeback. Better to find a reputable site instead.
I purchased a jersey that claimed 'FREE DELIVERY ON THIS ITEM' and 'FREE DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER $80.00'. However, I was charged $12.99 for delivery despite my order totaling $130. It's nearly impossible to reach anyone by phone, as all numbers lead to a recorded message. To me, it feels like they just took $12.99 from me. NEVER AGAIN.
