The cup I ordered was meant to be personalized, but it wasn’t. I also ordered a wallet that arrived but wasn't secured properly. Due to high winds, it likely blew away. When I reached out, I was told it wasn’t their responsibility and to contact the shipping company. The shipping company directed me back to the seller. They suggested calling a different department on another day regarding the cup issue. With only two days until Christmas, their indifference was frustrating. Additionally, another item I ordered was out of stock. I will not be ordering from this service again!
