Absolutely shocking customer support. I purchased 2 oral b 4 toothbrushes at £86 each and they came with an extended 3 year warranty. One stopped charging after 2 years and I had registered the brushes with oral b, so I asked for help. I had the purchase invoice but oral b refused to help unless we could obtain our sellers cost price purchase invoice.
