I have for some hours trying to register my oralb series 3 toothbrush for warranty however I do not know the numbers the form keeps asking for so I have telephoned & been on hold for 20 minutes then call drops out & this has happened 3 times now so an hour wasted in all !

It feels like the customer service department here is no longer committed to maintaining a good reputation. I've informed our dentist about this experience. My recommendation is to seek alternatives if you want reliable customer support. If you're tempted by lower prices (this brand seems to be on sale often—perhaps for a reason), think twice before purchasing here.

The toothbrush works well, but the charging time is excessive, which I find frustrating. I need a second toothbrush while this one charges. Additionally, it only lasts about a week before needing a recharge. I won't be purchasing another one.
I have never encountered a service as disorganized and untrustworthy as this one. I returned an item using their QR-code process, and tracking shows it was delivered on November 28. However, the company has spent weeks denying receipt and contradicting themselves, repeatedly asking for information they already have. Their customer service seems designed to delay and deflect. I had to escalate the issue to a payment service because they refused to issue a refund they were obligated to provide. Based on my experience, I would not recommend ordering directly from them.
