My mattress arrived in just 2 days, and I was kept informed throughout the delivery process. It was brought directly to the bedroom, unpacked, and placed on the bed, with the old mattress taken away. I also received 2 pillows, a 10.5 tog duvet, and a mattress protector at no extra cost. Plus, the mattress includes a 365-day sleep trial, which isn't something the local store offers. I highly recommend purchasing directly from the company for a superior service. The mattress was delivered rolled for convenience, and we waited over 24 hours before using it, as recommended. It has been incredibly comfortable. We've always chosen the company’s mattresses, but this was our first rolled mattress, Just Bliss from the Just Sleep range, and so far, we have no complaints.
