I ordered a mattress from the company and discovered it was £100 cheaper at a local furniture retailer. However, they were going to take up to 21 days for delivery, wouldn’t remove the old mattress, and didn’t specify delivering it to the right room. I later found a discount code for the company, making the price difference only about £10. The extra amount was well worth it for the enhanced service. My mattress arrived in just 2 days, and I was kept informed throughout the delivery process. It was brought directly to the bedroom, unpacked, and placed on the bed, with the old mattress taken away. I also received 2 pillows, a 10.5 tog duvet, and a mattress protector at no extra cost. Plus, the mattress includes a 365-day sleep trial, which isn't something the local store offers. I highly recommend purchasing directly from the company for a superior service. The mattress was delivered rolled for convenience, and we waited over 24 hours before using it, as recommended. It has been incredibly comfortable. We've always chosen the company’s mattresses, but this was our first rolled mattress, Just Bliss from the Just Sleep range, and so far, we have no complaints.
I'm quite disappointed with how the website functions on my phone. I wanted to see a visual of a specific headboard in a certain color, but clicking on the option doesn't change the image. It's frustrating not being able to see the color online. While ordering swatches is a nice option, it takes time. I’m surprised a company of this size hasn’t addressed such a simple issue. I'll be looking for alternatives for headboards and ottomans.
I purchased my third electric blanket from this brand in 10 years, and the latest one has failed after just a couple of years. It worked fine until last night when it suddenly stopped. I've checked everything and it seems to be a product issue. I'm considering trying other brands due to my lack of luck with this one. I reached out for support, but after an initial response, I received no follow-up and got cut off when I called.
I just removed my King Size electric blanket after two seasons, and it's going in the bin. I'm dreading cold nights this winter. Blankets used to last longer, and you wouldn't feel the wires through the sheets. I can't recommend this product, which has been well maintained. The controller stopped working, and when I swapped it, it only worked for one night before failing again. There seems to be an issue with the wiring.
