I invested a significant amount in a high-quality pan set due to the advertised 10-year warranty. These pans are only 3 years old, and I've taken great care of them, yet the non-stick surface is peeling. I reached out to the support team, but they claim I'm not covered under the warranty, which makes no sense. I've sent numerous emails with no resolution. How can I not be covered when the warranty is for 10 years? I am very frustrated and need answers. UPDATE - I received a call stating that we are indeed covered by the warranty. However, despite providing evidence of the peeling, they want us to return the pans for a replacement which will take 10 to 15 days. How can we manage without our pans during that time?
