This Tefal Optigrill Elite is an excellent addition in my kitchen. In one week I have already made, steaks, bacon, potatoes, vegetables, turkey steak, cheese & onion toasties and all have cooked to perfection using this grill. I found that cooking the vegetables on the grill tasted amazing, especially with the chargrilled marking over all the veg. This is now my main cooking appliance in the kitchen now. Thanks Tefal
grate items love my air fryer one of best air fryers ever had & ive tried a lot but your delivery service sucks why use yodel when are a day late then try to deliver next day 4 hours late all because they use drivers who do not have a clue how to find easy places to find
Hi there, I ordered a 22-Piece Pan Set as a Christmas gift and I'm quite satisfied with it. However, the airtight food storage lid set I also ordered was not included. I reached out to the support team to request either a replacement or a refund. I might update my review based on how they resolve this matter. Overall, I'm happy with the feedback on the pan set.
Fantastic price, and this set nicely complements or replaces the one we bought a few years ago. Although it's labeled as dishwasher safe, our experience suggests hand washing is better. The non-stick coating works well, and the sturdiness is just right.
The pans are lighter than expected, but this hasn't affected their performance on my ceramic hob. The space saved by not having handles is impressive. The design of the lids, with handles that fold flat, is brilliant. I've quickly come to love these pans; the non-stick surface makes cleaning a breeze. The protectors between each pan add a nice touch, and I got my set at a fantastic price. I hope they last well. I might return in a year to share my thoughts after extensive use.
I invested a significant amount in a high-quality pan set due to the advertised 10-year warranty. These pans are only 3 years old, and I've taken great care of them, yet the non-stick surface is peeling. I reached out to the support team, but they claim I'm not covered under the warranty, which makes no sense. I've sent numerous emails with no resolution. How can I not be covered when the warranty is for 10 years? I am very frustrated and need answers. UPDATE - I received a call stating that we are indeed covered by the warranty. However, despite providing evidence of the peeling, they want us to return the pans for a replacement which will take 10 to 15 days. How can we manage without our pans during that time?
