I absolutely am in awe . I thought i wouldn't get any help but I figured the worst ill hear is a NO. But Diana went above and beyond in helping me with my problem. She was very knowledgeable and polite. I greatly appreciate her understanding and compassion to help someone in need. Ive always loved TXU and today confirmed my passion is in the right place.
