I absolutely am in awe . I thought i wouldn't get any help but I figured the worst ill hear is a NO. But Diana went above and beyond in helping me with my problem. I'm a disabled individual on a fixed income that lives from paycheck to paycheck like lots of Americans. Which is stressful in it's self but the agent that assisted me today was informed and extremely helpful. They helped me get back on track with my payments and did it quickly and efficiently but most importantly the did it to were I kept my dignity and I felt extremely respected. I can say it was a refreshing and awesome experience
