I placed an order with a company for around USD $600 at the end of September. The order was shipped a week later, but it never arrived. I reached out multiple times for assistance, yet the only response I received was to wait. Now it’s mid-December, and I still haven’t received my order or any real solution. What’s even more disappointing is the lack of interest shown — communication has declined to the point where they no longer respond at all. For a purchase of this value, I expected much better customer support. I hope they can resolve this situation soon and improve their handling of issues like mine.
