Disappointing Experience with Order Fulfillment

I placed an order for approximately USD $600 at the end of September, which was shipped a week later but never arrived. Despite reaching out multiple times for help, I only received responses advising me to wait. Now, in mid-December, I still have not received my order or any effective solution. What’s even more frustrating is the apparent lack of interest — communication has dwindled to the point where I no longer receive replies. Given the value of this purchase, I expected much better customer service and accountability. I hope this situation can be resolved soon and that they improve their handling of such issues.

Defective product and no accountability.

I eagerly awaited a folding dice tray since its announcement. Upon release, I ordered it with international shipping fees that greatly exceeded the original price. To my disappointment, the product looked nothing like advertised; the colors were wrong and didn’t match the dice I had also purchased. What was advertised as purple and black turned out to be blue and grey. Additionally, the folding mechanism didn’t work at all! I contacted customer service with evidence and received a request to send pictures of the production code, which I did. However, that was the last I heard from them. I continued to reach out for answers, but after weeks turned into months, I have stopped contacting them and am now considering legal action. Avoid this company; their customer service just stops replying.

Order Never Arrived — No Support or Response

I placed an order with a company for around USD $600 at the end of September. The order was shipped a week later, but it never arrived. Received defective card cases for collectibles…

I purchased card cases for my collectibles, and two were defective. I emailed the customer service team, and they requested pictures. After that initial request, they went silent. Very poor support when it comes to resolving quality issues. Buyer beware!

Ordered 4 items, only received the least desired ones

I ordered two Final Fantasy items (which I really wanted) and two Pokémon items to take advantage of a discount. They sent the Pokémon items first, which I thought was considerate. However, two days later, I received a partial refund and learned that the Final Fantasy items were canceled. I'm extremely disappointed; if I had known they wouldn’t send the items I wanted, I would have canceled the whole order.

Poor quality sleeves

On August 7, 2025, I ordered 20 packs of PRO-fit side load small deck inner sleeves. Today, as I began sleeving my Yu-Gi-Oh! cards, I found that by the third pack, the sleeves were too tight for my cards. Result: damaged cards due to a substandard product. Avoid their products if you want to keep your cards safe!

Terrible customer service and shipping delays

We ordered a game for a party weeks in advance. Our order did not ship on time as per their policy and arrived after the party had passed. When we contacted them to cancel the order nearly two weeks later, they said they had just created a shipping label and couldn’t cancel it, but we could return the item at our own expense and lose part of our refund as a restocking fee. We will never order from this company again!

Frustrating stock management

I placed two separate orders on this site weeks apart, and both were canceled due to items being 'out of stock.' It's incredibly frustrating for a major brand to allow purchases of unavailable products. There was no indication at checkout about low stock, and I received no alternative solutions or compensation—just cancellation notices. This poor inventory management and customer experience make me hesitant to order from them again.

Shipping takes too long

Shipping takes forever. I placed an order on the website almost two weeks ago, and my package hasn’t even reached the shipping service. Customer service has been unhelpful. Just order from another platform.

Major items missing from my order

I ordered some items along with others. About 2.5 weeks later, I received some of the items but none of the major ones. I contacted customer service, sent them the required images, and received a promise that they would resolve the issue soon. It's been seven days since then, and I still haven’t heard back. I can’t understand why they can’t just refund me or ship out the missing items. Terrible customer service, and I can’t believe this hasn’t been resolved.
