I ordered two Final Fantasy items (which I really wanted) and two Pokémon items to take advantage of a discount. They sent the Pokémon items first, which I thought was considerate. However, two days later, I received a partial refund and learned that the Final Fantasy items were canceled. I'm extremely disappointed; if I had known they wouldn’t send the items I wanted, I would have canceled the whole order.
