I ordered some items along with others. About 2.5 weeks later, I received some of the items but none of the major ones. I contacted customer service, sent them the required images, and received a promise that they would resolve the issue soon. It's been seven days since then, and I still haven’t heard back. I can’t understand why they can’t just refund me or ship out the missing items. Terrible customer service, and I can’t believe this hasn’t been resolved.
