I placed an order for approximately USD $600 at the end of September, which was shipped a week later but never arrived. Despite reaching out multiple times for help, I only received responses advising me to wait. Now, in mid-December, I still have not received my order or any effective solution. What’s even more frustrating is the apparent lack of interest — communication has dwindled to the point where I no longer receive replies. Given the value of this purchase, I expected much better customer service and accountability. I hope this situation can be resolved soon and that they improve their handling of such issues.
