I ordered a duvet cover and a fitted sheet. Upon receiving the first part, I discovered the fitted sheet was the wrong size. It took me 45 minutes in chat to resolve this, and responses were very slow. I also inquired about the duvet cover, but received no updates. Eventually, I got an email stating it would be refunded along with a small voucher. I find this approach unprofessional. If you offer chat support, ensure timely responses. Also, if there are stock issues, proactively inform customers instead of making them discover it themselves.
