-I used to wait 1 month to get the parcel, but it's faster now, like 2 weeks

I've made multiple purchases from the platform. The prices and quality are satisfactory. Delivery typically takes about 3 weeks, but they never guaranteed quicker shipping, so it's manageable for me. The packaging is well executed and secure. Overall, a positive experience.
The website is well-structured with a broad selection. Unfortunately, it wasn’t clear that the handbag I purchased wasn't real leather, and it was quite pricey. Upon unpacking, I noticed it wasn’t genuine leather. I looked at other sites and confirmed this. It’s unfortunate because the design is quite appealing. I decided to keep it, but I wouldn’t have purchased it had the details been clearer. Additionally, shipping took a long time, and tracking was delayed, which is concerning given the potential for delivery issues.
The return package was misdirected due to an incorrect postal code (mine is Belgian, but it was sent to France). Even after providing the correct postal code for reshipment, they sent it back to France. This was intended as a Christmas gift. I would have rated it higher, but the delivery issues caused significant frustration.
I ordered a duvet cover and a fitted sheet. Upon receiving the first part, I discovered the fitted sheet was the wrong size. It took me 45 minutes in chat to resolve this, and responses were very slow. I also inquired about the duvet cover, but received no updates. Eventually, I got an email stating it would be refunded along with a small voucher. I find this approach unprofessional. If you offer chat support, ensure timely responses. Also, if there are stock issues, proactively inform customers instead of making them discover it themselves.
Shipping and delivery information is often lacking. A pair of shoes took three weeks to arrive! The return process is also slow. While prices can be good, stock often runs out quickly, and some offers are available cheaper elsewhere.
