The website is user friendly, the delivery is smooth and although the communication not very detailed, you can trust the package will arrive and most of times before the expected deadline for delivery. The reason why I’m giving 4 stars and not 5 is that the product is quite cheap. Of course the price was appealing, however I was not expecting it to be like this because of the nice pictures on the websites. Real shopping experiences in retail shops avoid the surprises that one has when buying online. I’ll still check the site from time to time. But not needing anything, using the concept leads to money waste, consumerism and uncertainty about product quality
