Ordered a seat swivel for my express van. After reviewing the order confirmation I realize it takes 3 weeks before being shipped. Nothing was mentioned in the ad about it taking so long. Oh well, 3 weeks go by and nothing. I email and get a response after 24 hours saying the production line is backed up 3 weeks so it would be 6 weeks total before my item would ship. I was given the option to cancel. I said yes. Never heard back, even after another email asking if she had canceled the order. A week later I call, the guy on the phone says she never canceled the order. Pretty disappointing. I won’t be ordering from them again.
