Bob, the sales rep, did a great job describing the barrel chair that I was interested in. The sale went smoothly and was delivered when promised. The chair looks great. The "Ultimate leather" material is so much better than the pleather on the original seat.As it turned out, I was able to use the original swivel base in my RV and did not need the one that I purchased. I called Shop4Seats to ask about a return. Megan was very helpful with the instructions about sending the swivel back. I would definitely recommend them.
My service department representative, Manuel Gonzales was extremely helpful. I ran into some shipping problems with FedEx with delivery of my furniture. Manuel helped to compensate for the issue and was quite professional in handling it. I was very pleased with the furniture and would highly recommend Shop4Seats.
Very good customer service up front before the purchase during the purchase, wasn't able to work with the same person all the way through the process not sure why started out with Zach ended up with the manual ordered a qualtex discovery RV seat for a e450 Ford chassis everything mounted up good except for their base to their seat very cheap little screws unhardened pretty scary that these four little cheap bolts are going to hold me in the vehicle if that's in an accident. The seat sits higher about 8 in higher than the original seat so unless you're a little person I don't know how you're going to fit in the seat and not hit your head on the ceiling of the RV and then also the the backrest part of the seat comes down and hits you right below the shoulder blades when it should come down and wrap around the back of your head and hit you right about in the neck area so your head sits above the seat about 6 in look at the dimensions before you buy one I wouldn't recommend buying one of these again go to a junkyard buy a 2002 GMC half ton pickup leather seat and make your own mounts.
We purchased the Odyssey RV Loveseat and then ordered an accessory (swivel table) from Megan through Shop4Seats.com. What a great improvement for our motorhome seating!
