Have been using this company for many tears with very few problems. However, everything they have done beyond their original function has been flawed at best. An example is their Food Diary which was the worst written piece of software imaginable, I gave up trying to use it almost immediately despite the promised rewards being substantial. This week they have pulled an incredible act of lunacy. A golden rule in IT is to never change more than one variable at the same time. If you do then you won't know which one caused the problem. That is precisely what they have done this week. !) They demanded a password reset from everyone and 2) They introduced the cretinous Capcha crap. Now nobody can get into their accounts and their helpdesk is overloaded. They promise a call back the same day if you leave a message to sort the problem - but the call doesn't come. This in itself is ludicrous as they have all their users' email addresses and could sort people out en-mass. Someone at the top of this company needs to grow a brain cell. Real Pity.
