I'm very disappointed with the service. My package has been missing for over 11 working days, and despite opening multiple cases, I still haven't received any confirmation that it was received. Each time I contact customer service, I wait nearly 20 minutes just to get the same scripted response: 'Your case has been escalated, and you'll receive a response within 24–48 hours.' It's been far longer with no updates or accountability. This experience raises serious concerns about reliability. Customers expect clear communication and resolution, not endless waiting and empty promises. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses their customer support delays.
